Right off the bat - I would suggest that you make sure that you get the
'autocreate' patches into cyrus-imapd.

The autocreate INBOX, shared folders, subscriptions and quota patches
pretty much eliminate the need for any scripting when creating
mailboxes.

The autocreate sieve I found absolutely ideal...a new user created on
the system automatically get's scored spam mail into a separate 'junk'
mailbox before he's ever logged on to the system.

I found that only some of them were included in the RHEL 3 & 4 (and
clone) distributions so I have opted not to use theirs but the ones from
Simon Matter
