Hi Bill,

Thanks for the info.  That worked fine. Now, I have followed the rest of the
directions and am now getting the error:

When I go to https://www.hailix.com/webmin  I have changed the owner of the
/usr/libexec/webmin directory to www the same user and group that Apache
runs as.  Any help is appreciated.

The alias is done in the httpd.conf file...there are usually examples in
this file
