[webmin-l] squidGuard Module Update - 0.91.5

This update is a minor update and does not call for anyone to update if
using 0.91.4 if it is working.

- Changed the squidguard-lib.pl do execution path from the explicit path
    /usr/libexec/webmin/web-lib.pl
  to a relative path.
    ../web-lib.pl
