[webmin-l] Usermin vacation module (update)

OK, so I didnt pay enough attention to Jamie's documentation on
how to create a Webmin module. Sincere apologies to all who tried
to download and install the Vacation module and got an error from
Webmin about a missing .info file.  I have fixed the problem so
you can grab the updated version from the same place.
