By default the module doesn't let you change boot ordering, but if you
click on Module Config on the main page and enable the 'Allow selection
of individual runlevels?' option, when editing an action you will be
able to set its ordering in each runlevel. Lower order actions are run
first, and the range typically goes from 00 to 99.
