[webmin-l] (no subject)

Firstly I ran Usermin under it's miniserv  and everything was OK
Then i've tried to run usermin under apache and there was problem with
auhentication (after making all described in
http://webmin.com/uapache.html):
1. Apache runs as user Apache of group apache
2. I get proper login box and log in as existing user and password (let
assume johnsmith )
3. Next i get proper menu of usermin
4. I click "check email" and see:
Failed to create /home/rbrozyna/.usermin : Permission denied
5. When I try to change my password I get:

Error while chcanging password: /usr/bin/passwd failed :
Changing password for user apache
. <- I think it should be johnsmith
Changing password for apache
<- as well
(current) UNIX password:
passwd: Authentication token manipulation error

My os is Redhat 9 (kernel 2.4.20)
What am I doing wrong? Or should I install something else?
