[webmin-l] problems suse 8.2

I am haveing probs with suse 8.2, I see webmin running
in the runlevel editor, just can't get
localhost:10000.. I can get to SWAT at :901 just fine,
but since I am new to suse and redhat, mandrake, and
debian all crashed on install over my via vt8233a chip
I have to stick with suse to run at all. 
Also if anyone knows of any sites with suse tips and
tricks, please let me know.
Newest version of webmin tried with and without suse
patch from homepage.
Did netstat and see nothing on port 10000, other
ideas?
