No, you'll use the Servers:QMail module. Sendmail and QMail are not configured in the same way. QMail does have Sendmail compatibility programs in order to allow it to drop-in to an existing Sendmail environment, but the purpose of these is to allow existing scripts, delivery agents, etc. to work without major changes. I'm confused by your question: "And do I retain full sendmail functionality as defined in webmin under the qmail module?" If you are using QMail, you have QMail functionality and you use the QMail module to configure it. If you are using Sendmail, you have Sendmail functionality and you use the Sendmail module to configure it.
