When I try to install webmin on my X/OS Linux 3 box, I
get this:

[root@apophis root]# rpm -ivh webmin-1.160-1.noarch.rpm
warning: webmin-1.160-1.noarch.rpm: V3 DSA signature:
NOKEY, key ID 11f63c51

error: %pre(webmin-1.160-1) scriptlet failed, exit status 2
error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping
webmin-1.160-1

X/OS Linux 3 is a RHEL3 rebuild, and should be fully
compatible. More information at http://www.xoslinux.org.

I'm not sure what the webmin install script uses to
detect the distribution, but /etc/redhat-release seems
relevant:
X/OS Linux release 3.0 (Windmill)

uname -a:
Linux apophis 2.4.21-20.EL.XOS.1 #1 Tue Sep 21 11:09:16
CEST 2004 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

I hope this will be added soon to the supported
distributions list.

Thanks in advance,
Pascal de Bruijn

Unfortunately, plenty of lesser-known Linux distributions
are not supported by Webmin .. so this is really a feature
    request, not a bug.

Thank you for the prompt follow-up. I thought it was a bug
because Fedora 3 is listed as one of the supported
    distributions.

SInce it is just a variant of Fedora 3, I will add it as a
supported OS in the next Webmin release ..

Actually I am having the problem with Fedora 3 Test 3. My
Fedora 3 installation is fully up-to-date.
