A couple of hours ago some of my servers updated webmin to 1.730, however,
the theme changed to "Gray framed theme" from my settings "Blue framed
theme" and the latter seems to have been removed from the theme list. Is
this supposed to be so or is it a mistake?
There are some annoying issues with this, for example, fontsize for the log
viewer is so large that the text does not fit within my screen anymore.
except for the droplist thing, that is usually a browser caching or resource issue. happens a lot when the css isnt loaded. http://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer to check the css.

Same problem here. Blue Framed Theme does not exist anymore, which is especially bad because of virtualmin GPL only working correctly with the blue framed theme.

NEW gray-theme. should not affect virtualmin.
