Using apt-get upgrade, I get this: 

The following packages have been kept back:
webmin

Some searching suggested using aptitude instead, where I get this: 

The following NEW packages will be installed:
  apt-show-versions{a} libapt-pkg-perl{a}
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  libmd5-perl{u}
The following packages will be upgraded:
  webmin
1 packages upgraded, 2 newly installed, 1 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B/14.6MB of archives. After unpacking 446kB will be used.

I did not do the update because I want to make sure it's OK to do before I do.

This is with Debian Lenny.
