    hello,

    is there a way to activate wake on lan via webmin?
    using a module or something...)

    it means basically, use ethtool and modifiy /etc/rc.local
    because as I've been told, activating wake on line is simply running:
    "sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol g"
    and modifying /etc/rc.local adding:
    "ethtool -s eth0 wol g"
    before line ": exit=0"

    maybe there's another way to activate WoL... let me know

    thanx a lot

    Asheen

      awake on lan??
      pardon me, but if you are refering to the bios function that is controlled from the boot menu, you will need to go to the terminal.
      #2... as you are refering to running webmin which is designed to operate on a live server, perhaps being on a lan or running a server is not suited for your purpose.

        ???
        I wanted to know if there was a module that would allow me the same things that ethtool does but without using the terminal...
