GUESS. you have a reference to a cgi which is an http implementation for perl script (thats webmin) but which calls for a safe process. 1. has someone tinkered with the webmin httpd settings? 2. i dont see a line 342 in my cgi, only goes to line 119 and ends. ARE YOU SURE YOU RAN THE RIGHT SCRIPT? - I DO UPGRADE RIGHT FROM THE WEBMIN INTERFACE IN THE MODULE. WEBMIN > Webmin Configuration > upgrade webmin. (what is hpws?)
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I am trying to update to the latest version of webmin and I am recieving the following message when the file is trying to update:
Running setup.sh script to upgrade Webmin .. Please wait a minute until it is complete before continuing.
HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed

Error - Perl execution failed
Undefined subroutine &proc::safe_process_exec called at /opt/hpws/webmin/webmin/upgrade.cgi line 342.
Can someone please help me with this as soon as possible? I would really appreciate it. We are using Perl5, if that helps.
Thanks
