I cannot change the "Time on system" value in the dashboard page. The Centos 6.8 system was initially generated in the Europe/Paris timezone. I use Webmin 1.831 with Auththentic theme 18.32.
I changed the timezone with : cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/UTC /etc/localtime
When I type "date", I now get the UTC time.
When I go to the "System Time" page in Webmin, I see the UTC time for both the system time and the hardwazre time.
Under "Change timezone" ("System Time" page in Webmin), I see it is set on "UTC (UTC)".
I restarted Webmin and even restarted Centos, but the time in "Time on system" of the dashboard page remains the Europe/Paris time.
Please help.

I changed the theme to "Gray Framed Theme" and the "Time on system" value in the dashboard page now respects my choice of timezone. Seems it was a theme issue.
