Personally I don't believe that it is necessary nor wise to install webmin on all 50 servers.
I am exploring in development mode how to manage multiple instances of ubuntu (though not as many as 50).
My approach is to install webmin on one server instance (the controller of assets) which is the master server. Indeed I am running webmin on localhost to get started by testing this approach. On that server I install ansible and SSH then I am creating custom commands to apply ansible playbooks to satellite servers. I have read threads about using ansible to install webmin but not to run ansible on webmin. I'm still immersed in structuring the custom commands but I am building menus (see command parameters .. type menu) to select various options.
But if you prefer to use 50 instances of webmin I believe that there is some feature to run a cluster of servers from webmin.
