Hi, I've setup a subdomain so I can access my webmin from remote and the everything works great except it's only logging my localhost ip / local ip to my webmin server now... I know if I login via ip address and bypass the Apache Proxy it will log an outside ip address, is their a way to fix this? Thanks!

Yes,
Go to Webmin/Webmin Configuration/IP Access Control, find option called Trust remote IP address provided by proxies, and set it to Yes. ;)
