#837 login problem

I installed mandrake 9.0 and webmin with it.
At first log in to webmin all was fine , but after that I added new users group and user and tried to log in as user i got "You don't have permission to access any modules on this server". But problem that i get this massage not only as user but as root too.

How can i now log in to webmin normally?

PS I updated it up to version 1.030.

question 20. This can happen if you have somehow
denied yourself access to all modules ..

Alternately, just un-install and re-install webmin
and it will use fresh settings.
