When I click on DHCP Server under Webmin Users I get the following error.
dhcpd::acl_security_form failed : Undefined subroutine &dhcpd::get_parent_config called at /usr/share/webmin/dhcpd/acl_security.pl line 144.

I couldn't replicate this problem on my system .. Are you running the latest version of webmin? Does the DHCP module work correctly?
