#644 ftp download gives up too quickly

Trying to ftp a package from ftp.rpmfind.net fails
because the first message it receives is something like:

230-There are currently 187 users logged in, out of
10000 maximum.

I'm not sure what it is expecting, but if it kept going it
would get

230-Bandwidth served by TUX currently: 2455 KB/sec
230 TUX Guest login ok.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.

Which should give it enough info to keep going.

Thanks for the information .. it seems that particular FTP
server
implements the protocol in a rather odd way. However, the next
release of webmin will be able to connect to it.
