#628 removing attachments changes URLs

Let's see if I can go through the steps:
when viewing an email message in user mailbox that
has an html attachment and you remove the
attachment, the original URL in the message is
changed.
E.G.... the message has a URL for UPS that contains
the tracking number
( http://wwwapps.ups.com/ietracking/tracking.cgi?
tracknum=#################&IATA&Lang=g)
with a text/html attachment for the actual page and you
remove the attachment, the URL is change to
(http://wwwapps.ups.com/ietracking/tracking.cgi?
tracknum
#################&IATA&Langg)

So you used the Remove Attachments button and the body of
the original email changed? I couldn't get this to happen on
my system,
nor could I see how it could happen ..
