After the update and if I don't press the button "Update detected operating system" then the package updates are still available

How can I rewind the "Update detected operating system" update so the package updates becomes available until this is fixed?

What does the /etc/debian_version file contain on your system?

Ok - unfortunately the current Webmin release doesn't support Debian 13 (trixie) yet. But we will add support in the next release..

Ok, but how can I rewind the "Update detected operating system" ?

On the systems where I didn't update the package updates still works

You can manually set it at Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Operating System and Environment.
