#5499 postgress module has lost table record search

On a centos 5.11 system running postgresql 8.2.3 on webmin 1.890 there is always displayed at the bottom on the page showing any given table's record entries a field selector and entry box for searching the table's records. See attached image.

On centos 7.9 running postgresql 9.4.26 on webmin 1.980 this same feature is missing from the bottom. See the attached image.

Is there something that must be configured for this to appear in this later webmin?

By default this search form will only appear if the table has more than 25 rows (but you can adjust that on the postgresql module's configuration page).
