The DHCP Server Module allways say "Start Server" even when the server is allready started... I think that in previous version the button would change to "Stop" when it was started, but I'm new to webmin

Check that the PID file for the DHCP server, set on the module configuration page, matches the actual file in which your server writes the PID.
