#5367 Python package naming in Ubuntu 20.04

In Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa) the "python" package changed name to "python2", resulting in that webmin fails to install because it's looking for "python"

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
webmin : Depends: python but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Please fix so that Webmin also installs on Ubuntu 20.04.
