#5354 The "Download from server" in "Webmin/Other/Upload and Download" don't work

1. Installed latest version
2. went to the menu Upload and Download
3. selected a file to save on my local computer syste,
4. file didn't get downloaded

It get's poped-up in the new window, which are blocked by default in most browsers. Check your browser's URL (on the right).
