#5302 Proftpd module doesn't work

Webmin does not recognize the Proftpd Installation:

The program /usr/sbin/proftpd does not appear to be the
ProFTPD server. Maybe it is not installed, or your
module configuration is incorrect.
Output from the command /usr/sbin/proftpd -v was :

• ProFTPD Version 1.3.6
• Webmin Version 1.9.3.0 (Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

If you SSH in as root and run /usr/sbin/proftpd -v , what does it output?

ProFTPD Version 1.3.6

As root:

pi@rpi4:~ $ sudo !!
sudo /usr/sbin/proftpd -v
ProFTPD Version 1.3.6

Hello, i have the same problem with webmin. How to solve this ? however i have a fresh installation of raspbian...
I did a search on google but I got no relevant results.

root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# /usr/sbin/proftpd -v
ProFTPD Version 1.3.6

One more question - how much RAM does this system have, and how much is free?

It may be running out of RAM before being able to execute the command.
