#5261 Unused Modules 404 + Network configuration bug.

I am unable to install any of the Modules using the built in module api, it finds all the dependancies it needs but when I click install I get a 404 error, this applies to all modules, this is a fresh install on Ubuntu Ubuntu Linux 18.04.2 in a virtualbox, I have the network bridged and it does have access to the internet, I was able to do the package updates from the dashboard. I attached two screenshots to show a couple of bugs I found.

Yes, this is happening to me as well. Trying to install the BIND mod and i, too get the 404 error

This looks like a theme bug - we'll release an update shortly to fix it.
