#5233 Unable to identify operating system when installing Webmin

Attempting to install Webmin on Fedora 27 machine and get the error:

Unable to identify operating system
error: %prein(webmin-1.902-1.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 2
error: webmin-1.902-1.noarch: install failed

$ cat redhat-release
Generic release 27 (Generic)

$ cat fedora-release
Generic release 27 (Generic)

I have tried the devel version as well and get the same issue

Beware, that Fedora 27 reached EOL on November 30, 2018. It's recommended to run distro update.

About the output. This is odd. Fedora should return something like Fedora release 29 (Twenty Nine) for cat /etc/fedora-release.
