#521 Webmin Hang and lock redhat 7.2

Hello

We have a lot of box running with webmin .
Now we have install 2 différent box with redhat 7.2
and webmin last version and after some manipulations
under webmin ,webmin no more answer and the cpu
look like to be under high load with some cgi or pl
webmin script .

Doe any one experience the same type of problem ?

Do you know of a particular action that you took in webmin that
might have triggered this? Something like creating a user or
a DNS zone?

Hello

Yes exactly the problem look like to come when we work
with dns settings
like create zone files etc .
When webmin no more answer i check on the server TOP
command and see

955 root 14 0 4588 4588 3728 R 99.4 0.9 5:55
miniserv.pl

then i need to killall miniserv.pl or reboot the box but after
some
manipulation the webmin crash again .

important for us to
fix this problem .

I am having this same exact problem with Slackware Linux

I am having the same problem.
I have several machines with RedHat 6.2, 7.0 and 7.1 that work
ok but I have 3 machines with 7.2 and have this same problem on
all of them. When I do most anything in webmin the load runs
way up and I have to reboot the machine to get back on it most of
the time.
There are always a lot of miniserv.pl proccesses running anytime
I am in Webmin.
I have a new machine I just setup that doesn't have any traffic or
anything on it and it will completely overload just from Webmin.
