prob with usermin, not webmin but this is where your site
directed me. in the latest version of usermin, the gnu pgp
module returns the following error when trying to add a
user:

Failed to setup GnuPG: proc::pty_process_exec failed:\
Undefined subroutine at &proc::pty_process called at\
(eval 10) line 2.

Sounds like a bug .. but which operating system are you
running usermin on?
