#5124 System and Server Status: Date and Time on notification in epoch

OS: CentOS Linux 7.5.1804
Webmin: 1.881
Theme: Authentic Theme 19.09.2

When using the 'System and Server Status' module the notifications have a date and time expressed in epoch instead of human readable format. This is true when using the 'Webmin defaults' or a custom template including the substitutions ${DATE} and ${TIME}.

Example notification snippet:
is down at <x-md-d>1523828401;0</x-md-d> <x-md-t>1523828401</x-md-t>

Notifications I got before 18/03/2018 still had the correct format:
is down at 17/Mar/2018 00:50
