Webmin System Information screen shows "Recent package updates (such as a new kernel version) require a reboot to be fully applied.", even though the system has been rebooted. Only goes away if the system is rebooted through Webmin (by clicking the "Reboot Now" button.)
Happened with earlier versions of Webmin too, on two different servers (same OS though.)

Does the file /var/run/reboot-required still exist on your system even after a reboot outside of Webmin?

This has happened a lot before, but recently can not reproduce it. Just rebooted two machines, both had this symptom, but nothing now. Will keep an eye on it and report if it happens again.
