Can you try installing Webmiun 1.795 from http://www.webmin.com/devel.html ? I tested with that version, and was able to list a directory named Награды.Rus just fine.

It is not a folder, it is a zip arhive. And error still present for me after upgrade.

Did you create that ZIP using Webmin, or from the command line?

Also, which language and character set do you have selected for the Webmin UI?

This file downloaded from web on desktop, and then upload on server via Upload and Download module.

Character set for HTML pages Determined by language
Use language specified by browser? No

Any selected languages (russian etc) don't helpful...

If I am rename this file like as Awards.Rus.3.0.28.zip filemin has no errors.

If you rename it back to the old filename Награды.Rus.3.0.28.zip in Filemin, does the error re-occur?

Yes, I don't understand why this happend... may be some (perl?)modile not installed on system (CentOS minimal virtual host installation)

In the new "authentic theme" just no show this file, but also no errrors. that's not an option...

I got the same problem on CentOS7 when I changed the theme to authentic theme.
