#4708 Problem alias domain to domain

My problem is that I have two different domain and a main and a second , I would like that the second point on the principal.
I receive an error when I want to point a domain to another domain
Ex; mydomain.eu IN CNAME mydomain.com

The message of error is : You can not create an alias record with the same name as an existing record

You can't create a whole-domain CNAME like that - instead you need to create an A (address) record for mydomain.eu with the same IP as mydomain.com
