I installed webmin-0.970 today on a FreeBSD 4.2, 4.3
and 4.5 machine all with the same result.
For every hit (page and picture access) a new server
process is started. After login I already have 20
webmin servers running.
I'm using 0.970 with all available updates for Cobalt
Linux 5.0, I can confirm that processes grow (up to 8-10
procs) while a browser makes requests, but they die after
some time (1-2 mins)
on my machine.

Does the number continue to grow forever? Often web browsers
will open a large number of connections at first and leave
them open to increase speed.
