#4314 'webmin-iptables.service' was not applying the save iptable policy

OS: OpenSUSE 12.3
Arch: 32
Linux Ver: 3.7.10-1.16-desktop

I was experiencing two issues with "webmin-iptables.service" file shipped with webmin. Firstly, I was initially getting this error:
