Grub installation fails even if menu file exits on a
right place.

Redhat 7.2up
menu.lst is link of /boot/grub/grub.conf and it is at
/boot/grub/.
Also I tried /boot/grub/grub.conf file instead of
it,but nothing has chaged.
Why not?
