Greetings,
The server assigns address from the top of the pool and down, instead of from the bottom up.
example : subnet 10.10.10.1/24 with valid hosts 10.10.10.2-10.10.10.254 , the first machine that boots up and obtains the lease ,
gets the 10.10.10.254 , rather then 10.10.10.2
