#3937 Clicking on the name or Tkih Hebrew, returns an error

Hello

In the past when I was using with webmin on File Manager view of a folder or file names with Hebrew was presented as a strange markings.

Fixed issue in the latest version and I see the names of folders and files in Hebrew well.

The problem is that when I click on a folder to enter it or I click a file name to edit it, I get a window with this error message:
failed to open /home/sharon/^ a ^ 9] c] 5] d] 0 ^ 8 ^ 0] 5 ^ 0] 4 1: no such file or directory

Would it be possible for you to post the actual correct filename in this bug report, so I can try creating a file with that name and see how the file manager behaves?
