Create a IP6 reverse record it does not create forward. You have to create a forward and it will create a reverse despite it should work both ways.

Sorry, but Webmin only supports auto-creation of reverse records from forwards. Since most users add records in forward zones, I haven't considered it worth the effort to implement automatic creation in the other direction ..
