#3417 Configuration do not work with dovecot Version 1.1.11
I Have tested it with Webmin 1.480, 1.472, 1.470
I have running dovecot Version 1.1.11 and it starts the deamon with the configuration i have made in Webmin, but the deomon dont open ports.
I have installed dovecot Version 1.0.15 and everithing works fine with the same configuration, made over the webmin module.
If I install dovecot Version 1.1.11 and configure it by hand over the configuration file everything works well to.
One of the Problems is that dovecot Version 1.1.11 does not accept the configuration parameter "listen=" withauth a value but there are several other changes in the configuration files since Version 1.0.15.

Which operating system or Linux distribution and version are you running there? I'd like to try installing the exact same Dovecot version to see if I can re-produce this..
First Time I see this Problem, having installed Ubuntu Server 9.04 with the dovecot from Repository.
But I have a second Installation With a Debian Lenny and If I install it on this system it is the same Problem, but if I install aolder version(at example the 1.0.15, that is in the Debian repository) it will work without a problem.
Then for tests i have configured the server Version 1.0.15 with webmin, and all is running, i copied the configuration(dovecot.conf) to the Installation of 1.1.11 and the server startes, but do not listen on any port.

is there any solution alredy?
If a workaround exists, please tell it - becouse my new serversystem could not be set to Productiv until the Mailsystem is working.
