#313 Package Dependencies
I'm submitting this to you folks, but you may want to
collude with Ximian or YellowDogLinux to work it out.
It's a very minor issue.
The Red Carpet updater wants to replace my currently
installed webmin package (0.92-1, as downloaded from
www.webmin.com), with the "newer" package, 0.881-1,
supplied to them via Yellowdog.
I can see that 881 > 92, so this is logical, albeit
incorrect, behavior. One quick fix is to add a
"supercedes" line to the .spec file, but another fix
may be to standardize on 3 digits, or perhaps gently
scold one of these agencies for (did it happen?)
mucking up your current versioning system.

This really seems like a bug in red carpet, because even
though 881 is greater than 92, 0.881 is less than 0.92 !
It's surprising this doesn't happen more often, as plenty
of packages use version numbers < 1.
