When using the System/Service Status plugin to monitor
remote servers and services, The plug-in fails to send
email,SNMP or run programs, wehn the Webmin service
on the remote Server goes down.
Even if the remote Webmin server is unreachable,
the program shouls still notice that the services
that it monitors are down and should send Alerts.
Example:
Server 3 monitors a dozen or so services and processes
on server 1. Server 1 goes down and is nolonger
reachable. The Monitor plug-in on Server 3 only picks
up that the Remote Webmin service is down and flags all
monitored services on that Server as "W".
Even if one of the monitoring options is Remote ping.
A Remote ping should still work and not be dependent
on the remote Webmin server being down.
Because of this, if a server goes down, no Alerts are
sent because all the monitored service return a "W"
(Remote Webmin Prob) and not a "Service is Down".

That is odd - normally when a remote Webmin server goes
down, you will get an alert saying 'Webmin down'.
For a remote ping monitor, it is generally best to run this
on the 'master' system and have it ping the target IP
address. If you run it on the system being pinged (using the
'Run on hosts' option), it will never get executed if Webmin
is down.
