#2483 Added email accounts become aliases

When adding email accounts to Virtualmin accounts randomly become
aliases instead of actual users and email accounts.
OS Mac OS 10.3.7
Postfix version 2.0.10
Webmin 1.270
Virtualmin version 2.610

When comparing log files, an account setup that worked looks just the
same as one that failed and became an alias. The system does not post
any errors when this happens.

Are you sure you are always using the 'create user' page?
The form for creating an alias is completely different..

Be aware that if you setup forwarding for a new user, this
will also create an alias at the same time.
