#246 Activate at boot? isn't working..v0.88

I setup a server with multiple IP's. Redhat 7.1. I
setup 4 IP's to be activated at boot and this works
fine after I tested the reboot.

I setup 4 other IP's to NOT activate at boot. I
reboot the system and they become active.

How may I fix this issue with Webmin?

I upgraded to the latest Webmin Version and am still having
a problem where Webmin won't correctly update changes made
to the virtual interfaces I've added in my configuration
for boot time.
