#2400 Failed to save user : Incorrect Webmin PID

I have upgraded to version 1.250 on my TRU64 box.
Now I can't change password on my users. When trying
it says:
Failed to save user : Incorrect Webmin PID xxxxxx
It is the same when creating a new user. It gives the
same error. BUT the user IS created, but it can't be
used, because I can't log in with the chosen password
from the creation

It looks like the Webmin PID file is incorrect.
What does the file /var/webmin/miniserv.pid contain on your
system, as is the PID in it actually that of the miniserv.pl
process?
