#2302 Cannot create new user or group after upgrade to 1.24

on x86_64 version of Redhat Linux 3.0AS, cannot create
or edit user or group; there's no error message,
hitting the create button simply seems to submit but no
new page is returned and no user or group is created or
edited.

Does it make any difference in you set the 'Create user in
other modules' option to 'No' ?

selected or not.

A segfault like that suggests a possible problem in Perl ..
Is there a Perl update available for your OS? If so, you may
want to try installing it..
