#2218 More rules can be add then the number of allowed rules.

When adding the rules in the ipfw module you can
addmore the the allowed number of rules(65535). This
result in a set of non-working rules. Part of this problem
could be resolved by adding an option to set the
rulenumber you want a rule to have.

Do you actually have more than 65535 rules, or did you do
something in Webmin that caused a rule to be created with a
number greater than 65535 ?
