Going to Disk Quotas section gives, in the panel:
Disk Quotas
HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server:

Error - Perl execution failed
Undefined subroutine &main::user_filesystems called at
/usr/libexec/usermin/quota/index.cgi line 9.
It should at least fail more gracefully, I suspect.
I am running Gentoo Linux with a 2.6.10 kernel
including PaX and GRSec. I have disk quotas enabled,
and receive this error whether or not the quota daemon
is running.
Will happily provide any other system information.

I have two questions :
1) Which version of Usermin are you running?
2) Are you using the Usermin from www.webmin.com , or the
Gentoo port?

Running Usermin 1.100
Using Gentoo portage-installed versions of Usermin, Perl,
Apache, and everything else.
Using Perl 5.8.5
If you believe this would be better handled by Gentoo
bugzilla I will post it there, but they may well simply send
it back upstream.

I think you should try the Usermin tar.gz package direct
from http://www.usermin.com/ , just in case the cause is a
Gentoo packaging error.
