#1853 Gentoo - Apache 2.0.52 Shutdown

On my Gentoo Linux webserver, I can successfully start
Apache 2.0.52 with the graphical interface, however it
cannot be shutdown in the same manner.

When trying to shutdown Apache 2:
Failed to stop apache :
sh: /etc/init.d/apache: No such file or directory

I believe this is because Webmin's Apache detector fails
to use the apache2 instead using apache and thus
getting a missing file or directory error.

Does the /etc/init.d/apache or /etc/init.d/apache2 script
exist on your system?
Also, are you using the Apache that comes standard with Gentoo?
